Mrs. Ariel Owens is a dedicated professional with a proven track record in career development and athletic academic services. She currently serves as the Director of Career Architecture and Transitions at Wiley University, where she oversees programming designed to help students successfully navigate their career paths.

With a background in higher education and a passion for helping others achieve their goals, Mrs. Owens brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She is known for her innovative approach to career development, creating tailored programs that meet the unique needs of students and alumni.

Prior to joining the Wildcat family, Mrs. Owens held positions in career services and athletics at various institutions, where she honed her skills in advising, coaching, and program development. She is committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential and is dedicated to helping them succeed in their professional endeavors.

Mrs. Owens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral of Educational Leadership. Mrs. Owens is also a member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Women Leaders in Sports (WLS), the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc..

In her current role at Wiley University, Mrs. Owens continues to make a positive impact on the lives of students and alumni, guiding them towards fulfilling and successful careers through her passion for helping others, combined with her expertise in career and student development.
