Welcome to the online resource for Wiley University's 136th Commencement Ceremony. Exercises will occur at the Wiley University Pemberton Athletic Field Complex on campus on Saturday, May 3, 2025, beginning at 8:00 am.

Graduation Fair

The Wiley University Graduation Fair will be held on Friday, May 2, in the Welcome Center from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and again from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. This event is your one-stop destination to prepare for graduation, offering services such as graduation clearance, alumni apparel, and career and graduate school resources. Students can also enjoy a live DJ, light refreshments, and receive a free graduation portrait. To reserve your photo time slot, visit this link.

Regalia Pick-Up Information

Regalia pick-up begins Monday, April 28th in the Smith-Nooks Building.

To ensure a smooth process, all graduates must select a designated time slot to pick up their regalia.

Commencement Rehearsal

Rehearsal for Commencement will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 1:00 pm in the Student Union Ballroom.  It is strongly encouraged for Undergraduates/Graduates participate in rehearsal to know what to expect on the day of graduation, to become acquainted with the layout to know where to enter, sit, walk, and exit.  

Rehearsal will include line up order and processing into and out of the appropriate aisle, to get on the stage, and how to walk on the stage to receive your diploma while having your picture taken, and then departing the stage.

To ensure that all critical University mailings are delivered to the correct destination, submit any changes in your local/permanent contact information immediately to the Office of the Registrar at 903-927-3215. It is essential that all graduates update their permanent addresses before leaving Wiley Unversity.

When you return to Wiley University for homecoming, reunions, and other occasions, be sure to stop by Office of Alumni Relations in the Kenny Ponder Welcome Center to fellowship and to provide updates such as a new address, an additional degree, or a new position.  This will assist us in maintaining accurate records so you can receive all correspondences from your alma mater.
