Marshall, TX – Cortez Collins, a junior Accounting major and men’s basketball student-athlete at Wiley University, has been selected for the Milken Institute HBCU Strategic Initiative and Fellowship Program. This prestigious fellowship provides exceptional HBCU students with access to influential leaders in finance, business, and policy to foster economic opportunities and financial equity.
A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Collins balances his academic and athletic commitments with outstanding success, maintaining a 3.8 GPA while excelling as a member of the Wiley University men’s basketball team. His dedication to both his studies and sport exemplifies the discipline and perseverance that define Wiley University Wildcats.
