With heavy hearts, Wiley University honors the life and legacy of Mrs. LeKeitha Biggs—a proud alumna and graduate student in the Higher Education Administration Program. A dedicated educator, beloved wife of Coach Kendrick Biggs, and cherished member of the Wiley community, her presence and impact will be deeply missed.

Dr.  Tashia L. Bradley, Ph.D. is Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Administration. Dr. Bradley brings to Wiley University a wealth of leadership, scholarship, and innovation experience. Most recently, Dr. Bradley served as the Executive Vice President at Wilberforce University, where she led such projects/departments including Student Engagement, The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, UNCF Career Pathways Initiative Grant, Strategic Thinking and Planning, and the Re-Imagined Co-operative Education Experience. Dr. Bradley has also held leadership and instructor positions at Colby College, Berea College, and New College of Florida. She has earned degrees from Florida A&M University (B.S.), University of Kansas (M.S.) and Florida State University (Ph.D.). Dr.  Bradley is the current editor of the S.C.A.A.S.I. Journal- The Griot and is active in several organizations and research projects.
