Wiley University is pleased to announce Mr. Marques D. Graham as the new Director of Band Programs. Mr. Graham will lead the newly formed The Marching Grandioso and other band programs.
Marques D. Graham, an eminent music educator, is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, and joined the Wiley University family this month after serving as Band Director at Riverside High School in Jacksonville, FL. A graduate of South Carolina State University earning a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, and a Master of Science Degree in Education. Graham served as director of bands and faculty member at Edward Waters University for 14 years. Under his direction, bands have performed at the Honda Battle of the Bands at the Jacksonville Jaguars half-time shows. Mr. Graham has served at Manning Middle School and received such honors as “Most Outstanding, First Year Teacher.” His career has included service at Savannah State University and Allen University.
Wiley University is excited to welcome Mr. Graham, as the Director of Band Programs. “As we return to our roots, the revitalization of our Band Programs is in alignment,” shared President & CEO Herman J. Felton, Jr., “We believe Mr. Graham is the right leader for our band program at this historic time of celebration.”

The Marching Grandioso have began performances, most recently performing at the State of the College (University): Returning to Our Roots where Wiley reclaimed the name Wiley University.
