PRESIDENTIAL RUN/WALK-A-THON SET FOR OCTOBER 13

Wiley College will hold its annual Presidential Run/Walk-A-Thon Saturday, October 13, 2012, beginning with on-site registration at 7 a.m. at the College, followed by the 8:15 a.m. starting gun for the run/walk. The race will begin at the intersection of University Avenue and Wiley Avenue. The entry fee for the race is $5 for Wiley College Students and $10 for the general public. Individuals may also register in advance for the race by visiting wileyc.edu to download the registration form from the Wiley College Publication Center. The Presidential Run/Walk-A-Thon annually benefits the Haywood L. Strickland Presidential Scholarship Fund and is designed to provide assistance to academically talented and deserving students who attend Wiley College and to promote good health and physical fitness.
